Huawei P20 Pro - Test Point Software impossible

Please someone Help Me,

I want to enable Test Point software and make emmc dump on my p20 pro.

But I can't activate test point software.

My Phone :

Huawei P20 Pro
Model Name : CLT-L29
Build : 10.0.0.182 (C33E9R1P3).

I use CLT-LGRP2-OVS 10.0.0.182 FullOTA-MF for firmware file

Doing job: Enable software testpoint

and when i try without the firmware file the phone is on upgrade mode and it stucks at 5%.

This can be done only with full stock rom, ota files won't work.
