    Error while trying to enable software testpoint on Mate 20 Lite - HELP!

    Hi everyone.

    I got an e-mail yesterday saying that my phone is finally available to have its bootloader unlock.
    But I've got this series of error messages with incompletion.
    I've bought a 72hs license so time is running out.


    What am I doing wrong? My build number is: SNE-LX1 10.0.0.272

    In another message, I read the following: Device with unsopported security patch. Is that because I have the most recent update?

    Do you have hisuite installed on PC? At the moment it just seems driver problem. Have you tried all the methods? OEM unlock enabled in dev settings in phone?
