  • Asking for a Refund

I'm trying for multiple hours (since yesterday) almost the whole time to enable the software testpoint on my Huawei P30 without any luck.
It seems I need the Firmware file for my Huawei to do so.

So I tried to download the Firmware from FirmwareFinder, which also didn't work.
I always get messages like "Attention, this is OTA type file and can't be written via software. Writing it via fastboot may damage the phone. Please use files from our support area."

In the Support Area, I haven't found any Firmware Files for my Model.

    - Base Version:ELE-LGRP2-OVS 10.1.0.181
    - Cust Version:ELE-L29-CUST 10.0.0.27(C431)
    - Preload Version:ELE-L29-PRELOAD 10.0.0.5(C431R2)
    - Name:ELE-L29EEA
    - Model:ELE-L29
    - Board:ELE
    - IMEI:865584044243415
    - IMEI1:865584044256433
    - MEID:A00000B5EEF14A
    - SN:XPH022040900127

    - Region: EUROPE, GERMANY
    - Firmware Build Nr.: 10.1.0.181(C431E27R2P5)
    - Customized Version: 1AND1.DE 10.0.0.2(CT.F02)

So if there's no way to enable software testpoint or do anything else in dc-phoenix, it's not useful for me.

If you can't provide me a working Firmware File, please refund my license.

Software testpoint won't work on 10.1 android, only on 10.0 and lower. Without downgrade won't work.
Refund is available, but due to recently changed policy by PayPal regarding refunds, taxes are applied, which sometimes may reach up to 40% of the amount paid - in most cases way less. If you see no use in those remaining credits i can do a refund, but you should be aware as informed in user agreement and info message before payment that refunded amount will be less than you paid because of these changes. Please let me know your decision.
