    Little Quick-Start guide for E583x (my self-made)
    Sorry if bad is english...

    Insert the SIM, then the battery (remember to charge for at least 12 hours before using it) and finally the back cover.
    It is recommended to disable the SIM PIN request
    The modem MiFi is handled with the three side buttons.
    One on/off power switch, one on/off WiFi, and the other on/off the web-connection.
    5 LEDs with different colors on MiFi immediately identify what state it is.
    The E5830 MiFi to save energy goes into standby, so to see the status, press slightly any key .
    If you have updated the firmware, you have enabled the web-management and you have the control with the wifi of the PC.
    Start your PC and connect wirelessly with the SSID "3-Wireless-Modem-xxxx" MiFi the E5830 and enter the key located inside the modem (behind the battery), or on the small card provided.
    Start the Internet Explorer browser and type the address http://192.168.1.1 followed by enter.
    Requests for access, select "admin" and password "admin" followed by enter.
    To customize the profiles for network connection do this:
    - Under "Advanced Settings" choose "Dial-Up Settings" ....
    - Create a profile "Profile Setting" bringing the number to dial (* 99 #) and write the right APN of your network operator ... save and continue.
    - Make "Back" and back to "PPP Settings" and choose the profile that will use the router and confirm with "Apply", than appair "(D)" as default connection used by modem.

    The internet connection is with three different choices, namely:
    -On-Demand means that the internet connection to the first request for data arrives at the router;
    -Manual means that the internet connection start manually from the web management console of 192.168.1.1, the voice connection;
    -Auto, means that the internet connection start when the router is switched on by the pushbutton.

    Alternatively, if you want to use MiFi connected to the USB without the WiFi, then you should install the software 3 WiFi Manager.
    Connect the modem to a USB port on your PC with the small USB cable;
    Wait start automatically prompted to install the software "3 WiFi Manager;
    (Do not remove the modem as part of the installation process!)
    If it does not mean that the PC is turned off the autorun on removable devices (to find the executable in Windows Explorer);
    If you interrupt the installation process, check your PC with an anti-spyware;
    Installing the software, run on icon created on the Desktop (3 WiFi Manager) and start the program.
    The only thing to do is create a profile to navigate the choices and save.
    Go to "Tools" menu, then "Options" and choose "Profile Management". Here you have to create the profile for the chosen operator and save;
    Click "New", give the profile a name (eg TIM), then select "STATIC" and insert the APN field empty string.

        It may be in other web panel panel place. But if you can access web panel, you should be able to create new profile also.

          It still didn't work, how do you know what to set the other values at? is there a guide somewhere.
