Have you unlocked bootloader before flashing? And from what it seems you are flashing totally different customization firmware into your device... you need unlock it's restrictions on HCU before you can do that.

Thanx for answering. I did not unlock bootloader because it was not written in the tuto and i downloaded firmware from your platform. Also my phone is corrupted and I can't use hcu for flashing. So what can I do ?

Then you need use this https://www.dc-unlocker.com/dcphoeni...ock-bootloader and find exact firmware as one in your phone or at least same customization, Android should be same, sometimes work with higher version by 1 release.

It's not ok because you haven't done what i told and what guide shows. After you do it will be different.

I found firmware in huawei website unfortunaelly it is a full ota and it does not fit with DC phoenix software. Do you know how to extract the firmware from full ota zip file ?

You can unzip it for original file, but it won't change it's type if it's OTA.
