Hello I'm going to tell you about my case.
I have a INQ Chat 3G that I want to use any cards with, at the moment it's locked to "3".

I have installed the drivers for the mobile and I can find it on dc-unlocker2client but i don't know what do after this.

Should i press "Huawei datacards" or "Huawei Phones" and then press unlock after i fixed an account ?

You should select huawei phones. Then after phone is detected buy dc-unlocker software, you need to buy 10 credits. Then will receive username and password, enter them to dc-unlocker software, press check login, detect, then unlock.
