Bootloader still lock after unlocking process Nova 5T

Good day,

I have purchase license for DC-Phoenix and HCU for 3 days. I use the tools to unlock bootloader huawei nova 5T with firmware version 10.0.0.197 (C301) but bootloader only unlock when in software testpoint mode, after restart the bootloader remains lock and can't perform flashing command. in phone bootloader mode is displayed Bootloader Lock with green color. I have follow all steps to unlock bootloader that demonstrate on the DC-Unlocker youtube channel and no Issue until I restart the phone.

regarding this issue, could anyone explain to me how to keep the bootloader unlock after disabling testpoint mode? if this issue still persisting, i want to ask for refund. thanks
