Hi,
could you give me advice: I have a Huawei Mate 20 Lite which I wanted to reset via the android interface. The Update fails at 99% at formatting cache, shows me an error screen "Reset Failed", reboots and repeats this process indefinitely. The phone has never been tinkered with, meaning stock Software and locked bootloader.
I am only able to access fastboot (power + vol down), however I can't do anything else. The Computer and DC-Unlocker/Phoenix recognize the device via fastboot . HI-Suite is not responsive.
Is there a ways that your software can unbrick my phone?
Could you please give me directions and tell me which credits I need to buy.
