Boa noite, sou do Brasil.

Meu celular atualizou e por alguns dias ficou reiniciando sozinho mas agora ele está na tela do logo, vibra e reinicia. Está assim direto até acabar a bateria.

Consigo apenas entrar em fastboot&rescue mode mas está com status: PHONE Locked FRP Lock.

Já tentei usar o multi tool o que me trouxe até aqui mas pelo que entendi eu preciso desbloquear o FRP primeiro para depois eu poder desbloquear o boot.


Alguem pode me ajudar por favor.?

My cell phone updated and for a few days it was restarting by itself but now it is on the logo screen, vibrates and restarts. It is so straight until the battery runs out.

I can only enter fastboot & rescue mode but it has the status: PHONE Locked FRP Lock.

I already tried to use the multi tool which brought me here but from what I understand I need to unlock the FRP first so that I can unlock the boot later.


Can someone help me please.?

FRP unlock by our software will not help for repair because this function remove google account on startup only.
If phone has android up to 8.1, you can try to use temporary bootloader unlock and then do flashing. Full repair is not available for this model.
