  • Update recovery parttion FAIL after run DC phoenix

    Hi, I can't upload android 7.0 nougat because I have a message:

    Erasing ver .. .
    File size: 5 261 937 616 bytes
    Current version(CURVER): RNE-L21C432B100
    Writing rescue_recovery partition
RESCUE_RECOVERY partition update :FAIL partition length get error
    Uptade recovery parttion FAIL

    Cannot enter in Recovery mode

Am I uploading the wrong android version? Do I have too few credits? How could I check the android version on my phone. And whether it is installed?

    Phone: Huawei mate 10 Lite

Possibly wrong. Credits are ok. There is option to read phone info in last tab on dc-phoenix user interface.

Could you describe more precisely how to check the read info in DCphoenix? Is it about the Read info button and do job?

I would have another request. Could you please restore my credits? I was unable to restore the system and lost my credits

I would also like to ask which version of Android do you recommend? The default was 7.0 Nougat and I would like to upload it

You have 72h of use on tool instead of credits. Can your phone boot up normally?

Sadly we won't be able to assist with your erecovery issues related to resetting device.
