Someone accidently upgrade via SD android 10 from 9.1 but with file of Honor 8x (JSN-L22C) on to Honor 9x Lite (JSN-L22).
Now mobile is stuck on recovery options and I want to downgrade to official firmware but to failed it.
Could you guide me here how to resolve this issue (customer don't want to open it)
