Honor 9C bootloader unlock

I bought credits, but I can't unlock bootloader via DC-Phoenix. AND MY CREDITS ARE GONE!!!

You are looking at support list on HCU via testpoint, why talk about DC-phoenix? Open HCU tutorials and read ones that are for services via testpoint as list shows on top of the column. Also, you need time license account not credits for it.
