stf-l09 honor 9 repair and 3g doesn't work (hardware or software problem?)

hi all and good afternoon,

as described on the topic i repaired my honor 9 (stf-l09) with dc phoenix flashing STF-Full-Repair-NV-included-Board-A051-7.0.0_r1.dgtks.
then repairing with hcu client all the fields with success.

then flashed phoenix Stanford-L09_9.1.0.210(C432E2R1P5T8)_Firmware_9.0.0_r3_EMUI _9.1.0_05014NSS.APP with custom update_STF-L09_9.1.0.210(C432E2R1P5T8)_hw_eu.APP

finally upgraded my phone by wifi to the latest and final i think 9.1.0.220(C432E2R1P5) security patch 1 of may 2020.

and all work correctly except the 3g on the both sim cards, (already tested them in other phone and they work correctly).

in this phone only works 2g and 4g


i have another exact phone in perfect working order to test.

please advise me to see if this is a software problem or hardware problem and how to fix it,

Sadly we can't advice on networking problems of mobile, but did you test it after only the final update or prior that as well?
I assume you tested both sims one by one, by removing and inserting them into sim1 slot since your device runs single sim firmware.
Otherwise you may need to reflash nv backup from any kirin960 Huawei mobile, if this also does not help then it is most likely hardware related problem, but can't confirm regardless as we have no information of this.

this phone is dual sim, and today i picked up another stf-l09 (honor 9) and made the same process and all worked well in that phone so i can exclude software problems and start looking to the hardware side,
