I charge my account with 7 euro then when I try to unlock my phone 4 euro is cut and nothing happend and it keep telling me error 62 cannot connect to server

Repeating unlock does not ask for new credits. This problem related to connection priority on pc. Also you should use auto-detect instead of selecting ports.

I tried to unlock my phone but it did not work I tried to contact you and I got a poor help and I did not get my money back in the account.
I top up with 7 euro 4 euro was cut for nothing.

I do ot like your service and I want my money back to my bank account.

I use auto detect, and every thing okey from my side. I charged with 7 euro and I have left 3 euro, so why I paid money if my phone did not unlocked.

That's because credits are taken the moment you press the service button. Detection info you've provided shows that ports were selected manually so I assumed you've selected them. And I see you have unlocked it successfully eventually now.
