Honor view 10 BKL-AL20 Bricked
Hello,
a while ago i tryed to upgrade my cfw from 8.0.0 to 9.0.
this process sort of bricked my phone and i gave up after multiple days of trying to manual flash bootloader and stockfirmware.
I was able to get in erecovery and fastboot with working screen/picture but always got an error when trying to update. DLOAD didnt work at all.
I bought funkyhuawei aswell but this service did not work at all and the support abandoned it i guess and did not answer to my messages.
i searched for 9.1.0 full ota on the internet before flashing your providen 8.0.0 but i was only able to find dead links or 100mb files. (im not entirely stupid :^))
i also tried hcu before i did anything today and it found my phone initialy but i always got the error when trying any function:

Today i decided to buy your software but it couldnt help either. I tried flashing the providen .app file for 8.0.0 from your database but i think this completely bricked my phone.
As it seems fastboot its always on now and i dont have any picture on my screen. I just hear the disconnect sound from my pc when i unplug/plug my phone. i got this out of it now:

this means fastboot is still working i guess but even if i found the correct firmware i think i couldnt enter erecovery to flash something via your methods.
do you have any ideas what i could do?
also would it be possible to get a refund please if u have no clue what i could do to get this phone working?
19€ is alot of money for me and it would be a shame wasting even more money on this phone for me.
Hope you can help me with that since i have no more ideas what to do.
