i unlocked network for 4 months ago and it was working fine, customer did hard reset it and now network gone.. now i want to unlock it again but it's showing at command error. what is the solution?

if i take info without simcard at shows locked

If there is unsupported operator sim inside and it is detected as unlocked, means device is not locked and problem you face is related to something else, possibly settings, hard to tell as we do not do device setups but hopefully you will find it out.
