Not able to log in "User Error"

I paid for the subscription cause I'm trying to fix my phone for a job. So far it's a waist of time and money. Every time I try to login it says "User Error" even though I entered user name and password correctly. I paid for the 3 day access. I was hoping to fix my phone tonight but I can't log into the DCPhoenix_v158.exe. Now I'm getting "Runtime error 216 at 0040936E" whenever I try to run the exe.

Your payment isn't verified yet therefore account is not accessible yet. If you made a payment via PayPal then log into email box which is linked to PayPal account, there will be a email that contains verification link, after you click it account will be verified and accessible, please check spam box as well.
If you can not find such email in main or spam box, then please provide screenshot of letter with payment details that you got from PayPal after the payment was done - send it only via Private Message.
