Huawei Vodafone K4203 "modem not found"

Hi, i have an issue and i'd be very happy if you could help me out.
I have a windows 10 setup and i am trying to make and pick calls from my pc with a sim card. And i saw this site and a lot of search... I bought an Huawei Vodafone K4203(only dongle no data card) and started to use it for ethernet connection. Today i check to link below and tried to unlock my device but failed. DC-Unlocker didnt detect my device. I searched a solution ofn this forum but couldn't find a solution.

I know this model has voice support, i know there are ways to do it but i can not follow the steps cuz this problem.

If you can not detect modem, check this:
Make sure all drivers are installed or whatever else comes in device's drive (Drivers are needed only when device appears in device manager with “!” or “?” marks)
Make sure device is visible in device manager
Make sure modem’s connection software/WEBUI/Dashboard is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Use Autodetect on DC-unlocker “select model” line.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Make sure device’s gateway/IP does not duplicate with active adapter

Thank you for your answer, i just tried it. Let me do it like this.

I made sure of all drivers are installed, nothing comes with the modem. I checked from the disk manager and i couldn't see any external storage which belongs to the modem, i believe windows installs all of the drivers online, see in "pic 2"
I am really sure of that my device is visible in the device manager, "pic 2"
Vodafone Mobile Broadband installed and i can succesfully receive and send texts but i do it like you said, is wasn't running.
I used autodetect on DC-unlocker "select model" line."pic 1"
There was no wifi and no ethernet when i tried it. "pic 1"
And... idk what is that last line means. How can i check that out if my device's gateway/IP does not duplicate with active adapter or not.

I must tell you that, i removed the sim card allthrough the process.

Btw, i installed an update wizard for the device, even it couldn't find the port as in the "pic 3"

Means something is wrong with usb drivers if device visible under usb serial bus section not under ports or network adapters, may be modem not fully compatible with win 10 In such case only older win os could solve it.
