HCU Client not work

I tried to use HCU Client to change IMEI number (now it is 000000000). In the "manufacture mode" when the phone is in fastboot mode HCU reads info but does not repair, because it lacks the USB port. In fastboot / xloader mode In fastboot / xloader when i use test point and become Huawei USB COM 1.0 port when I click on phone info I get "check account first" even though I checked my account and I have 15 credits. Option "MTK usb debug" doesn't work either. I have Huawei P8lite .

You need time license account to service mobile via testpoint. How can it lack usb port if you put phone in manufacture mode as tutorials on HCU website suggest? Which tutorials you are following?

I can't use the manufacture mode because I can't dial the number * # * # 2846579 # * # * (mobile network unavailable)

All, i mean all hisilicon/qualcomm, huawei phones and tablets has this mode unless your firmware is completely corrupted or you can't manage to dial code correctly. For simple solution can try factory reset mobile first, then try dialing the code again.
