Reading bootloader code. Not supported/unknown chipset

Hi Team,

I made all possible effort to make bootloader code readable but unfortunately nothing worked. I bought the license for Dc Phoenix and hcu just to know my device bootloader code, now I feel like I lost my money. I have checked the device supported list on your site where my device Huawei Honor 9N (i) 2018 model LLD- AL20 is listed which says If I purchase the license I can able to read the bootloader code, thats why I have purchased but that was of no use for me. I would be grateful if you refund my money.

You read supported models list but didn't read a single tutorials for how to service your phone?
Can only read Bootloader unlock code for it, possible only via software/hardware testpoint, guide: https://hcu-client.com/huawei-bootlo...via-testpoint/
software testpoint available for devices with up to android 10.0 (downgrade to android 9.0 may be necessary first)

Ofcourse I have gone through with testpoint method also. But it ends with an error. Below I have attached the logs for your reference. And, Meanwhile please proceed with the refund as purchase of license was no use for me. Thanking you in advance.

You haven't enabled software testpoint because your phone is on wrong android, either need to downgrade or use hardware testpoint. Refund this time completed.
