Huawei Mate 20 lite bootloader and FRP locked

Hi , recuperated a Huawei Mate 20 lite. Didn't know the pin code and was told to factory reset. Tried this but keyboard is locked so you can not complete the reset procedure since this requires typing YES and with keyboard locked this doesn't work. DR. Google told me to reflash but now phone loops each time into recovery mode. Want to unlock the bootloader and flash TWRP recovery. Tried DCunlocker but doesn't find the modem (may this be linked to USB debugging being OFF ?). Any help would be great (I own the required credits but cannot use them).

DC-unlocker software doesn't even support your mobile model if you checked supported models on website. Can try it only on HCU after checking tutorials on HCU website for how to unlock bootloader for your device via testpoints as there is no alternative.
