  • Mediapad M3 lite 8.0 CPN-L09 stuck in bootloop after re-locking bootloader

    Hi,
I successfully unlocked the bootloader with DC-unlocker, installed TWRP recovery and LineageOS. I worked, except when booting the device it always showed a message Device is unlocked. To get rid of that I locked the bootloader again. Since then the device is stuck in a bootloop and I can only get into fastboot. I cannot re-flash TWRP in Fastboot tool, it shows FRP is locked. Then I bought the FRP unlocking license for DC-unlocker, but that doesn't solve the problem. Then I bought a 3-day license for DC-Phoenix, and tried to flash the complete firmware CPN-L09C209B003_Firmware_Hong_Kong_Nonspecific_Android _7.0_EMUI_5.1.APP (My device is originally from Hong Kong). First step of updating while in fastboot mode goes ok, then DC-Phoenix wants to continue in Update Mode. However, the device doesn't enter into Update mode, it just turns off at this point. Turning it on goes into a bootloop, nor can I get into the recovery mode by holding both volume buttons while connecting to the PC. Can you please help to flash a working firmware?

Your only chance seems to flash board software and repair phone from scratch since after modifications such as rooting and custom roms there is no simple repair way. Mobile repair guide here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/DC-Phoen...epair-tutorial

As I started the 3 day license on Friday afternoon and just got your message now, it shows my license is expired. Can you please extend the license?
Secondly, where do I find the board software " repair files which will have "Board" as well as "NV-included" words in it's file name" for CPN-L09? I do not find it under https://www.dc-unlocker.com/firmware-catalog. Thanks in advance.

We will need to know your user name to extend license if it will be possible. Time license account doesn't mean that you will successfully complete what you wanted, it just allows you to use tools during that period of time that you decide to use it. If files you are looking for are not available (and by no means you should not expect to find everything on our support area) then you need to look for original board software pack, extract it and select .xml file on DC-phoenix as it will allow to flash original one as well.

Hi, Thanks for the answer. I have the software pack that includes the .xml file. I'm not comfortable posting my user name on the forum, instead I sent an email with my user name in it through the contact form.
