  • Huawei P20 Lite - Cannot access device

Hi, I need to extract data from a dead Huawei P20 lite. Seems it's always in testpoint mode ( HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 ) when I connect to PC. As far as I know no manipulation has been done to rom/flash.
I thought that paying 19euro to get my data would worth ... but it's not working. So if DC Phoenix cannot do it I want a refund please. I suggest to add some feature to software to avoid these situations, I mean: test if you can access the phone and say it to me so I choose to pay knowing you'll do the job.
If there's something I'm missing then please advise and I will try ( one day of licence left ).

    I put here the logs:

Sadly refund not available regardless of the outcome, positive or negative, it says so on message box that appears during launch of software. DC-phoenix is for reviving phone and to do that you need to attempt flash board software while in testpoint. We also do not provide any service to "extract data" from dead devices, these services usually cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars out there not 19 euros.
