Make sure you read the warning message that appears during software launch, where it says there is no guarantee that it will work. It all depends on the state of the mobile, how it was bricked. If the device can't enter update mode then the only possible way is to attempt from fastboot or from testpoint mode with the board software file.

I tried to update through the fastboot mode. That's what happened in the end. I thought maybe someone could tell me what's wrong
