HUAWEIY635-L01 unlock does not work

I have tried to unlock this mobile, the program is telling the phone is unlocked but when I enter in the fastboot mode I get "PHONE Locked" in green. Why the phone is still locked??

Model : Huawei Qualcomm Android phone

You have unlocked the phone from the network/carrier but you check for fastboot/bootloader lock status? They are not related.

Thanks but that is the method I followed, and I get the same output, but after execute "adb reboot bootloader" I get the message phone locked. Why it doesn't work?

Ok,I had to get the bootloader code to unlock it. Now it seems it worked.
