unlocking Vodafone K3520 driving me crazy...

This is the status of the device after unlocking it "successfully" !!!!
att. the firmware status and the dir list of the device content
Now when I plug the device in NOTHING happened the Autoexec is NOT working
The SIM pin is 0000
And no AP broadcast
I need help badly. Please if you suggest any action in steps please tell me what to do to make sure the step is done right
Add to all this, I have no SSID and PW to create an AP.

I got the software And when I tried to do the job I got this message

Your computer runs USB activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you get this message. You must remove such service/software from the computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you may get blocked by system.
If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can only suggest using dc-unlocker from another pc.

Very good suggestion. I am on w11 and it is NOT user-friendly.
I will install W7 on an old laptop. I hope I will not get the same msg.
Can I exclude any problems with the modem itself ?
