Can I unlock the bootloader of my Honor 8x by buying your phoenix sortware?

I would like to unlock the bootloader of my Honor view 10 lite, precisely the model is JSN-L21, with TIM Italia brand. It is a gift used by my son, who unfortunately is updated to the latest security patch of September 1, 2021. The CPU is a Hisilicon Kirin 710 and the model on the box says Honor 8x, while the device name says Honor View 10 Lite. Can I Do I hope to unlock the bootloader to later install TWRP and Magisk?

You can unlock the bootloader for it on HCU, though the process may seem rather difficult if not advanced with mobiles.

The bootloader may relock on 10th and above android, to permanently have it unlocked would need to downgrade to android 9

And since I have rooted the device, can I downgrade to Android 9 despite having installed the latest security patch of September 1, 2021?

We do not know about the downgrade, maybe possible via hi-suite.
