P30 Pro Bootloader unlock failing

Hello,

I have a P30 pro that I downgraded to 9.1. I am able to enter testpoint mode with DC-Phoenix but am unable to unlock the bootloader with HCU client.

Turn off phone, then short TestPoint on phone pcb
and plug USB cable

After this I return to DC-Phoenix to disable testpoint mode and the phone boots into eRecovery.
I can enter fastboot from here and the phone shows as Locked.
I reflash firmware from DC Phoenix here to restore function and leave eRecovery.

I don't believe i can unlock this phone and would like to request a refund.

Refund for time license not available. As you can see from the log info you've posted here, security parameters are missing from your phone, which means it was modified in past or not fully repaired. What you would need to do in order to attempt to fix it is flash nv partitions backup. In this page https://www.dc-unlocker.com/firmware-catalog enter your phone cpu name (such as Kirin980 Kirin710 etc.) and look for NV Partitions files, you need to flash it and then do Bootloader unlock on HCU.
