p 20 lite flash fail

This is about a bricked p20 lite (ANE-LX-1) after flashing it with an ANE L21 9.1. firmware using dc phoenix: No reaction at all, no vibration, no huawei logo. It opens the "android sooner adb interface" and hardware testpoint also works well. I would reflash it but it doesn't enter upgrade mode. Any help appreciated.

I used the procedure described here (https://www.dc-unlocker.com/dcphoeni...nv-files-flash) and the ANE Full Repair NV included Board file. It reboots again with this minmal System on it. I guess, this is a pretty good starting point to reflash it to P20lite Firmware.

Yes, if the phone booted up into the factory home screen that's a good start. Now you should repair the mobile's data on HCU - IMEI, sn and the rest. Then you should flash full stock rom firmware + customization to complete repair and have a normal phone.
