Unlocking error

Hi, i was trying to unlock a bootloader, but on DC-Unlocker i got this error and now i haven't gotten my 15 credits anymore, can i get a refund/readding of credits?

Credits are now added back, you need to downgrade the phone to android 8 with a 2018 security patch if you want to unlock FRP or use temp bootloader unlock on it via DC-unlocker.

Back again after trying to use DC-Phoenix and temp unlocking the bootloader (using manual testpoint method), but the phone still can't be flashed and upgraded/downgraded after, maybe i'm missing something...

My current situation is: phone boots and stays on bootlogo, i'm unable to enter recovery/erecovery but i can enter fastboot mode and do the testpoint trick. Bootloader and FRP are both LOCKED.

My phone is a Huawei P20 lite (ANE-LX1) and my plan was to get it back working, but i mstill can't find a firmware that has android 8 (with a 2018 security patch) or either the one that apparently bricked the phone, which is "ANE-LX1 9.1.0.401(C432E13R1P7)". I also heard that maybe i can solve this mess with HCU client, or should i stay with DC-Phoenix?

I can do multiple tests, but if nothing still works i'll ask a refund (if still possible).

Android 8 firmware with the 2018 sec patch is basically the default one that it was released with, not necessarily but close to the same version. After using temp bootloader unlock you should attempt to flash it with board software if simple firmware flash to the same version that it runs does not help. Multiple board software files available for ANE- mobile on support area accessed from DC-phoenix. After flashing board software phone should boot into the factory home screen with factory apps. This would be a good sign that your phone is possible to salvage.
Since credits spent on DC-phoenix are not refundable as per warning message when it launches regardless of your attempt outcome, I'm adding your lost credits in your case back to your account to have a fresh attempt and hope to finally have your device repaired.

I'll search the firmware file asap, for "board software" you mean the device's firmware or the pc software for flashing? Also, before i start the repairing process should i use DC-Phoenix or HCU client?

Board software is a firmware of a phone, it's just not stock ROM and has very basics of devices functions - basically building up from nothing. Repair starts from DC-phoenix.
