    Hi Guys,
    I need some help over here. I'm using the DC-Unlock tool and I'm trying to unlock it. The current carrier is Telcel (México) and I need to unlockit to travel to Southafrica in a few weeks.
    Using the tool I receive the following mesage:

    I'm trying to unlock the dongle using the first option, Unlocking --> Read unlock and autoenter to modem and I receive the Error Code 63.
    I use my login information in "Server" option and when I click on Do the job, a new message appears: Error Code 60. Now, trying to read the Firmware information, I received the Error Code 60 but "Wrong username or password" over the error code information.
    Can you give me a hint about this?

    Did you buy credits? If not, then username and password you will receive after buy credits. If you already bought credits, then copy and paste the username and password you received and press check login.
