Current security patch not supported / Refund?

I've done tons of research in these forums and I believe I nailed everything I needed in terms of purchase however I still get this error when attempting to read the information off of my phone.
I'm attaching screenshots from both DC and HCU as some proof. Unless we can get this resolved within the 3day allowance here I'd politely like to request a refund since this clearly hasn't worked.
Yes, my drivers are correct and yes I placed my phone into manufacture mode as per the instructions.
My phone is a ELE-L04 model, Huawei p30 and as far as I could tell it's listed as supported in your devices list.

No, you haven't read messages on the software that it gives you after you use the wrong method to service your mobile. First of all, DC-unlocker doesn;t even support your mobile. And HCu supports it via testpoint as written in the message in the screenshot you've added. How to correctly service your phone check here: https://hcu-client.com/category/tutorials/

You are correct that it is listed in supported models on HCU https://hcu-client.com/supported-models.php and if you look at the column top, you'll see that services for it are available via testpoint only.
