Honor 4x (CHE-L11) stuck on logo (can't flash)

Hi

I have Honor 4x (CHE2-L11) stucked on logo, cant enter to FASTBOOT or RECOVERY
I have problem to flash new FW ROM with DC Phoenix (with Testpoint all connection is OK, even enter to FASTBOOT mode) but then DC cant read any data and cant continue with flashing

Looking for devices in testpoint mode

also FASTBOOT commands line work OK

but I can't use DC Phonenix flash file with another tool (pbrobably encrypted to use only with DC)

What file you are flashing exactly, you need to try board software files if the phone is bricked in testpoint. If there are multiple board software files available then you should try them in case the first one ends with an error, can try all board software from your model, meaning CHE-AL00, CHE-L29, etc.

I wrote board software and then update by latest UPDATE.APP
not phone boot normaly to menu but NV AREA are erased (booth IMEI = null)

is there any method how to repair?
with HCU Kirin620 cpu is not supported (I cant find it in the list)

Before detection connect cable to usb and enable Manufacture mode !

You should try to flash this ""Che2-L11_NV_partitions_backup.dgtks" from our support area and then attempt a repair on HCU.
