Phone Huawei Honor 5X not found

Hi all,

I used the application in Google store to detect my phone (Huawei Honor 5X - KIW-L21C185B310 - EMUI 4.0 - Android 6.0.1). The app (launched by phone) found it and I bought 4 credits to read bootloader code. Moreover, the device is listed in supported device list.

On my PC, I installed DC unlocker and the app doesn't found phone.

My PC is on Ubuntu and :
- I installed ADB : I'm able to reboot my phone so I consider the device is recognized by my PC
- I ran DC unlocker client software with Wine

Could you please give me some advice in order to get bootloader code ?
