Problems with drivers - Honor 7 - Can't connect phone to PC

Hello

I've been following this guide to learn how to unlock my Huawei Honor 7 PLK-L01 and I found this forum.
I'm having problems at step 4, installing the drivers. I downloaded the file from the link given in the guide "Huawei_Android_phone_drivers.rar"
I clicked on DriverSetup but nothing happened, I can't find my device when I connect it to the pc with the cable.
I have USB debug option active on the phone, and the phone is fresh from a full factory reset.
This guide is very old, I think that on Win10 this drivers don't work?
Any suggestion on how I can fix this. Any help is appreciated

Uninstall those drivers if installed, then download and install Hisuite on PC, it has all necessary drivers for the process.
