Fastboot command fail!

I tried to Unlock Huawei phone in fastboot mode but it was failed and I lose all my credit !

Refund can be done instantly if nothing was used at all only, since you've attempted temp bootloader unlock as per user agreement refund can be done now only if no solution is found.
