E5576-320 datalock, unlock or flash

Hello, I have E5576-320 with latest firmware.
this mifi doesnt get signal so I tried to flash but it ask for datalock code.

I tried to read on dc unlocker but it never got to diagnostic mode, no ports.

Do you know who to work this ?
the huawei silicon flasher also fail at change diagnostic.

have 4 pcs for test, let me know how to work it
