question about huawei E392, Huawei E3276

Hello

i own couple of old LTE modem Huawei E392 and E3276 , there's 7 of them

and it seems both modems are locked only in a specific frequency band..my cellular ISP provider operated on 1800 MHz
if i switch to LTE mode I cannot get any signal..the only working mode is 3G/HSPA with wifi support

i really don't want to buy another LTE modem since I got 7 of them, the question is there some kind of method (unlock ? or something like that) so it can operate in the same frequency band as my ISP?

Sorry, we do not have this information if there is a way to unlock bands on it, provided your modem's hardware supports other frequencies.
