SIM Network Unlock NCK

I bricked my phone using HCU tool so i fixed it with DC Phoenix and a stock rom update.app

But now my phone keeps throwing this at me.

So i decided to follow the tutorial on the hcu site but trying with the Manufacturer mode thingy keeps giving me the error "Could not authorize device in this mode".

So i tried via the test point, which did work in replacing stuff but now my IMEI is zeroed out and i cant seem to get it back.

I have no idea why and i need this phone so.
