EVA-L09 Read bootloader code

Hello,

I have a Huawei P9 that starts in a loop. I only have access to fastboot and testpoint mode.
I wanted to read the bootloader code, i bought 4 credits.But obviously it's insufficient in fastboot mode.
The fastboot mode menu indicates an unlocked phone (see photo).
I bought to accumulate 19 credits.
Now, i want to install a C432 region firmware (France) via TWRP or DLOAD.
Can I convert my 19 credits into one timed license (HCU+DC-Unlocker) ?

Use HCU, time license does not work on DC-unlocker. DC-Phoenix works with time license 100% time license users do not have or need any credits.
