Huawei MediaPad T3 10 8.0.0 Can't Read Bootloader Unlock Code

Hi, i've been trying to read the bootloader unlock code on an AGS-W09 running 8.0.0, with sufficient credits and a HCU timed license, but when i try to do so, in fastboot it says "no response" and in android with manufacturer mode enabled it says "Phone Authorization Error" or "No Response" .something along those lines, i'm not sure what im doing wrong as i've done this exact procedure on another tablet (the same model) but running Android 7 and it instantly gave me the code. I have 8 credits and a license which remains for another 2 days, id still like to get this tablet unlocked

I've tried both HCU Client and DC Unlocker, without any results, can anyone tell me what's wrong?

Update: I have also tried downgrading to the lowest version available, (AGS-W09 8.0.0.42(C431) but i get the same result when trying to read bootloader unlock code, in manufacturer mode and with everything set correctly.

Please detect the device in manufacture mode and paste here its detection info. If device has 2018 or lower security patch then you will only need 4 credits to read bootloader code from it.

Ok, I will do that later, can my pc lock get removed? As my old windows installation got corrupted, and I have to use a different computer

Hi, i'm on the earliest security patch that this tablet can still downgrade to.(AGS-W09 8.0.0.42(C431) 1st July 2020 security patch level.

There is no google account on the device either, but that probably doesnt make a difference

It won't work on the 2020 security patch, one that still works on android 8 is 2018 as mentioned earlier. We don't have it listed in supported models https://hcu-client.com/supported-models.php might be because as you say it does not have lower patch.
