My modem is Not detected, and the COM port IS NOT found, and the device is showed in portable devices in device manager.

ok, in somehow i managed it and now it works !!.
but I have another issue, which is the sim lock, I have tried to calculate the code from the imei but it did not work, How can I unlock it.

HUAWEI MODEM 7755Cs-321.

We do not calculate any codes for it. And we do not support such model as 7755Cs, unless you mean 5577, then if its firmware is supported you may attempt direct unlock from software.
