Software freeze after start flashing

Hey,

i try to flash my bricked Huawei Mate 20 Pro (LYA-09 EU).

I entfer fastboot mode on the phone and insert the update files in the software but instantly after starting the flashing the program crashes (stopped responding).

My Computer has Windows 11 and i want to try this again on an computer with windows 10 but the login is locked on my computer so i cant log-in.
