hello everybody, I have a Huawei modem with these info :
Found modem : E5573Bs-320
Model : Huawei AuthVer 4 modem (New)
Firmware : 21.333.63.00.1367
Dashboard version : WEBUI_17.100.21.05.1367_MRE5
Web UI version : WEBUI_17.100.21.05.1367_MRE5
SIM Lock status : Locked (Card Lock)
Wrong codes entered : 10 (unlock attempts left : 0),
when I ever use an at commands like : at^datalock="(v2 number)", it gives me a one message : error.
but if I wrote an command like at^reset, it works..
I want to unlock it so I can use a different sim, please note that the attempts left : 0, can you give me a detailed instruction of how to unlock it
note that I have noticed a key symbol with the word "unlocking", I do not really know if it will solve the problem, but when I click it, I get this error :
Unlocking, please wait ...
