Unlocking Huawei p20 pro bootloader

Hello, everyone
I'm new here and I read the FAQ, but its still not very clear what exactly I need to buy, so please help me.

As far as I understood the DC-unlocker can only read the p20 pro bootloader. In order to unlock it I need the dc-phoenix. Will it be enough to buy the DC-Phoenix + HCU timed license? (I don't own a dongle).And do I need to buy credits too?

Edit: Just saw in the shop page that for android 8+ version (my phone is with 8.1) I need HCU client and not DC-phoenix? Is that correct?
Also it says that kirin970 doesnt support direct bootloader unlock. Does this mean its not possible or there is indirect method?

You just need a time license, no credits are necessary. You will need HCU software to read the bootloader code which you can use on cmd to unlock the phone. Be aware that you may need to use hardware testpoint if software one does not work.
