P30 Pro Missing Security, Skipped Bootloader Unlock.

Hi there, so this is my issue, I tried to Unlock bootloader but I'm getting an error every try, I have made NV Backups, OEM Info, Certs, NVME and More, iI will upload them so you guys (Devs) can make a Valid .DGKTS file for NV Partitions as the backup made from another phone, which is good shape, if you guys can help me to create one or explain me how

the nv partitions on support site seem to be broken or not working

NV backup on support area is correct and used by all other users who needed it successfully. Have you tried all 3 available NV partitions matching your phone's cpu? What error do you get on DC-phoenix?
