I want to unlock my Huawei MediaPad T3 10.

Why does it cost 15 credits to unlock? How can I get the bootloader code with 4 credits?

Your computer runs a USB activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from the computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.
The block is now removed. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can only suggest using the DC-unlocker from another PC. Note: receiving multiple blocks for the same reason may end up with a permanent block.

Check on device in device info section what security patch it runs, it should have 2018 for service to work, any higher will require firmware rollback.

It says January 2021.
So I have to find an android 7 firmware, unlock and then upgrade to android 8 again?

That is correct, though an upgrade may re-lock it.

Will it work if I try unlock in fastboot mode (15 cr) without downgrading?

Unfortunately, I couldn't downgrade it.
I found an android 7 version but it wasn't accepted.
Can you suggest some guide that might work?
