Huawei E3131 does not receive calls

    Huawei E3131 does not receive calls

    I have the Huawei E3131s-2EW dongle (hardware version CH2E303SM), with the original firmware (22.157.39.00.105) does not allow voice calls. I then replaced the firmware with an earlier version (21.158.13.00.864_Normal.dgtk), now the voice function is enabled and I can make calls, but incoming calls do not work (there is the recorded voice of the mobile operator "the phone is currently not reachable"). Is there any way to enable incoming calls?
