I can detect it with Manual at Application COM 7 and Diagnostic COM 8 would this work ? will DC Unlocker unlock this device even with 10 Attempts?
Yes, there is a chance to unlock it if it is detected with both com ports.

Ah OK how will I know that it is detected on Application and Diagnostic Port? Is there a way to know in the UI?

There is no way to reset the counter also? If so then this device is of no use anymore? Even DC unlocker will not be able to do anything with Pocket WIFI, correct? So even if I buy credits it will still fail and DC Unlocker will not work with this device? But you said something about if my device will not be able to be detected... But my device can still be detected though so this can still be unlocked? Or it is really impossible now...?

Correct, you won't be able to unlock it because of what I told you repeatedly previously.

I do can still detect my device with DC Unlocker on COM PORT 7, and is read by DC Unlocker just OK, I just need credits to click on "do job". So even if my device is detected by DC Unlocker it still cant be Unlocked because of 10 attempts?

No I mean: this that I posted is from DC Unlocker program.

    selection :
    manufacturer - Huawei modems
    model - Auto detect (recommended)

    Found Applications port COM7

    Found modem : GL10P
    Model : Huawei 303HW/Pocket WiFi GL10P
    IMEI : 862658020789881
    Serial NR. : L8JDWA93B3003945
    Firmware : 11.031.47.02.1187
    Hardware ver. : CL1E5380UM
    Dashboard version : UTPS22.001.20.00.03
SIM Lock status : Locked (Card lock)
Wrong codes entered : 10 (unlock attempts left : 0)

I can click on "do job" because I need credits...

So you mean DC Unlocker even if I have credits will not be able to Unlock this device?

Or should I do additional steps? Or DC Unlocker can do everthing?

If you can not detect your device with both COM ports, then your version with blocked counter as explained already can not be unlocked.
