Stuck at Waiting for device REMOVAL/INSERTION Huawei P30 Pro

Hi,
I just bought a license, I was trying to unlock my P30 Pro but when I try to unlock it it gives me this error, how can I fix it

Turn off phone, then short TestPoint on phone pcb
and plug USB cable
Wait for device "HUAWEI USB COM 1.0" in Ports

New FB User Lock : UNLOCKED
Unlock downgrade/customization limitations
Erase Huawei ID
FRP and Factory reset
Reboot after repair

Bootloader unlock for your phone works only if your device is on Android 9, so first you need to find a way to downgrade it.

I tried searching online, the only solution allows downgrade to android 9 breaks testpoints and communication via USB C. So I think it can't be done.
In the case would it be possible to deactivate the service on my account and get a refund since I can't use the unlock service?
